Meghan's Number Gets Retired

April 11, 2019- The WMHS Varsity Softball Team and The Softball Boosters had decided it was only fitting to retire Meghan's Number 2 Jersey, and so the Home opener was chosen as the venue for the pre-game ceremony. It was also noted here that the team has dedicated their 2019 season to Meghan.

One of Meghan's favorite coaches, Tom Purcell with Bob Burnett, The Jersey will be placed on permanent display inside WMHS.

Juniors Taylor Owen and Kayleigh Callanan display the prominent remembrance of Meghan that has been added to the uniforms this year.
