On Wednesday evening, May 22, The Wakefield Chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor society held a benefit concert for the Meghan Burnett Foundation. Organized by students Rachel Hatheway, Shoshanna Cohen, Michelle Maffe and Sophia Gosselin-Smoske, this event brought together current members as well as musicians and friends that Meghan had played with over her 4-year High School Career. Everyone in attendance would agree that this may have been the greatest, single assembly of talent Wakefield has ever seen! The performances were all different and all were spectacular- from a single color guard performer to a dance group to a wind ensemble comprised of WMHS musicians past and present and everything in between!
